Please e-mail your zip code to us when inquiring about the cost of shipping, which is usually between $20.00 and $50.00, depending on distance. To order, e-mail a list of what you want and when you would like it to be shipped along with your name, phone number and shipping address. Let us know if we need any special instructions. Supply orders will be shipped via ground service and animal orders will be shipped via overnight air service. Sunday through Wednesday are the best days to order so that it can be shipped out the following day (Thursday morning orders can sometimes be rushed out the same day). We respond to inquiries ASAP and will send a PayPal payment request when an order is placed. After payment confirmation is received, notice will be sent when your package is processed for shipping.
Advance payment is required before orders are shipped. At this time we can only accept credit cards through PayPal. Money orders are okay but will have a processing delay. Prices do not include shipping costs. All animals are feeding and appear healthy; most of them have been acclimated or quarantined and/or treated.
LIVE ARRIVAL IS GUARANTEED WITH THESE CONDITIONS:
1. Your full name and business name (if applicable) and the full shipping address are provided, ALONG WITH A PHONE NUMBER (in case problems arise).
2. Usually, the animals must be shipped via overnight air service for delivery by 10:30 AM, or overnight air service for delivery by 12:00 noon if the destination address is at a location that can not be reached by 10:30 AM.
3. The shipment arrives on time and someone is there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt and signs for it if need be. We are not responsible for carrier errors or any delivery problems.
4. The destination's coldest temperature is 40°F or above during the transit period.
The destination's warmest temperature, up to the scheduled delivery time, does not exceed 80°F. We can not be held responsible for losses due to temperature extremes, whether or not appropriate hot or cold packs are used.
5. We must be notified immediately if any problems are encountered. Photos may be required to receive a credit or replacement (shipping costs are not included). Sorry, refunds can not be issued.
6. We may, solely at our discretion on a case by case basis, try to help with some problems that are beyond our control.
7. If animals are requested to be held by us, they must be paid for in full along with the cost of shipping. If the holding time period is for more than a few days, additional charges must be paid to cover their care. This amount will vary based on the length of time, size and number of animals. In any event, the purchaser must take possession of their animals within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds must be requested before then and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the care charges. Pet LifeForms will not be held responsible for any animals left after 30 days and will consider them abandoned. At our discretion, we can be flexible on this, but special arrangements must be made at the time the order is placed.
